今夜こんやkonyaも　雨あめameです。

仕事しごとshigotoの　あと、小ちいchiiさい　喫茶店きっさてんkissatenに　行いiきました。

マスターが　「いつもの？」と　言いiいました。

ぼくは　二回にかいnikai　来きkiました。でも、マスターは　覚おぼoboえています。

コーヒーを　飲のnoみました。窓まどmadoの　外そとsotoに、人ひとhitoが　たくさん　います。みんな　傘かさkasaを　持もmoっています。

ぼくは　この　町まちmachiを　まだ　知しshiりません。

でも、今いまima、少すこsukoし　うれしいです。明日あしたashitaも　来きkiます。

古ふるfuruい　ラジオが　しずかに　鳴なnaっていた。

マスターが　「いつもの？」と　聞きkiいてくれた。

まだ　二回にかいnikaiしか　来きkiていないのに、覚おぼoboえてくれたんだ。

コーヒーを　飲のnoみながら、窓まどmadoの　外そとsotoを　見みmiた。

知しshiらない　人ひとhitoたちが、傘かさkasaを　さして　歩あるaruいている。

ぼくは　この　町まちmachiの　ことを、まだ　何なにnaniも　知しshiらない。

でも、「いつもの？」の　一言ひとことhitokotoで、少すこsukoしだけ、ここに　いても　いいと　思おもomoえた。

明日あしたashitaも、来こkoよう。

Tokyo is raining again tonight. After work, I went into a small coffee shop. An old radio was playing softly. The master asked, “The usual?” I’ve only been here twice — but he remembered. Drinking my coffee, I looked out the window. Strangers passed by under their umbrellas. I still know nothing about this town. But with those two words — “the usual?” — I felt, just a little, that it was alright for me to be here. Tomorrow, I’ll come again.
